Regulations for issuing and using passes
1 General provisions
- The sale of passes is conducted under the terms and conditions specified in these regulations.
- By purchasing a pass, the purchaser accepts the provisions of the regulations.
- Passes are sold in accordance with the current offer and price list contained in paragraph 1.2 of Order No. 2/2025
2 Rules of sale
- The pass can be purchased:
- At the Garden's cash registers, making payment by cash or credit card;
- Online through a sales platform;
- by sending the order to: karnety@ob.pan.pl - by making payment by bank transfer to the indicated account of the Garden.
- Passes can also be purchased in the form of gift certificates/vouchers, which should be exchanged for a pass by writing to karnety@ob.pan.pl or during a visit
at the Garden, providing the details for the pass at the box office. - Passes are sold in annual and semi-annual versions (calculated from the date of purchase) and
unlimited for people over 75 years old. - There are normal passes, discounted passes*, family passes**, Senior Passes (applies to people over 75), passes for children under 3, and parking passes.
- The passes are valid during the opening hours of the Garden to the public, along with a document proving the identity of the pass holder.
3 Principles of making
- Registered passes are issued on the basis of a submitted legibly completed application, which is part of these regulations, and upon payment of the fee, or issued automatically by the online system.
- Applications for passes are available at the Garden's ticket offices during opening hours. The passes are
ready for pickup at the Garden's checkout immediately after purchase or within 5 business days from the date of online application. - The condition for collecting the pass is to show proof of purchase - a receipt.
- If you lose or misplaced your pass, you should notify the Garden and apply for a duplicate. The cost of its issuance is PLN 10.
4 Use of the pass
- Pass holders may visit the Garden as many times as they wish during the year
During the hours it is open to the public (Section 1 of the Ordinance).
5 Returns
- The purchaser is not entitled to a refund of the pass or the amount for the unused pass
For reasons attributable to the purchaser. - The purchaser may not sell or share the registered pass with others under penalty of losing its validity.
6 Personal data
- In connection with the purchase and use of the pass, the Garden will be provided with data
personal data of the purchaser. The administrator of this data is PAN Botanical Garden - CZRB
in Powsin. Information about the processing of personal data is attached to
of these regulations. - The Garden will process personal data for the following purposes: performance of the contract
The purchase of the pass, the possible assertion of claims, the satisfaction survey
and statistical analysis, conduct marketing activities
7 Complaints
- The complaint should be submitted by e-mail to: karnety@ob.pan.pl and should include: name of the purchaser of the pass, type of pass and number, date of purchase, reason for complaint, date of circumstances mentioned in the complaint, mailing address, including e-mail.
- The Garden will consider the complaint within 14 days from the date of its submission. The answer is sent to the address specified in the complaint.
8 Final provisions
- In matters not covered by these regulations, the regulations apply
Polish law, including the Civil Code.
