Fangorovka gallery open May 25-June 22, 2025 (Wednesday-Sunday 11am-5pm).

An exhibition of sculpture by Beata Czapska will be on display these days.

Beata Czapska was born in Poland, where she graduated from the Faculty of Architecture at the Silesian University of Technology. She has been living and creating in France for years. Initially she worked as an architect, but over time she devoted herself entirely to sculpture, which she has been doing since 1980.

She studied at the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris and in the studio of sculptor René Coutelle. She works mainly in stone, but also in wood and bronze. Her works have been shown in numerous solo and group exhibitions in France, Poland and many other countries.

Beata Czapska's sculptures can be found in museum and private collections in the USA, Great Britain, France, Germany, Poland, Israel, China and other countries. The artist is a member of the French Association of Artists "Maison des Artistes" and the Polish Association of Artists.

The exhibition at the Botanical Garden will feature works made in stone, wood and bronze castings.
The exhibition will be held at the Fangorovka villa on the grounds of the PAN Botanical Garden in Powsin from May 25 to June 22, 2025 (Wednesday to Sunday!) from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. It can be visited by anyone who purchases a ticket to the Garden or has a pass.
