Regulations for photo and video shoots

  • Photo sessions and film productions on the grounds of the PAN Botanical Garden are chargeable and can take place provided they are submitted in advance via e-mail: sesje@ob.pan.pl. The application should include:
  • Name of session organizer,
  • contact phone number,
  • type of session,
  • The date and approximate times of its execution.

    The session can take place only after receiving permission and confirming the date. Sessions and recordings may take place during the opening hours of the Garden and in the area open to the public. Productions carried out outside of the Garden's opening hours require separate approval.

Occasional sessions

  1. Price list for special sessions (wedding, engagement, communion, etc.).
    Fee for an occasional session of up to 3 hours for 4 people:
  • in January-March and July-December
    300 PLN gross
  • in April-June
    400 PLN gross

Fee per additional person attending the session (more than 4)
PLN 50 gross
Cost of each additional hour started (above 3)
120 PLN gross
Performing sessions without a fee
300 PLN gross under pain of immediate termination of the session and leaving the Garden without the possibility of applying for a refund of the amount for the purchased tickets.

  1. When performing the session, you must have with you a ticket or receipt confirming payment of the fee.
  2. Within the aforementioned fee, a photographer can perform one session for one client.
  3. In the case of special sessions, the area is made available on a non-exclusive basis. All decisions in this regard shall be made by the head of the Communications and Service Office or an employee authorized by him.
  4. By paying for the session, participants automatically agree to abide by the Rules and Regulations for photo shoots and film productions and the Rules and Regulations for visiting the Garden, as well as any instructions from authorized staff.

Commercial sessions and recordings

Commercial shoots include all product, fashion and advertising shoots (including shoots with models) carried out for the purpose of placement, promotion and sale of products and services, placed both in analog media (newspapers, magazines, brochures) and digital media, including websites and social networks, as well as film productions (including music videos, TV programs, among others) and training and workshop sessions and events organized by photographers and photography groups.

Sessions performed at night and with the exclusion of the selected space are subject to additional fees.
Commercial-type sessions are held on the basis of an agreement.
Terms of hire and the cost of commercial sessions are determined individually.

  1. It is forbidden to enter flower beds, elements of infrastructure and areas of the Garden excluded from visiting. The session organizer and/or participants are responsible for the damage done (including material liability).
  2. Any disputed situations shall be resolved by the Director of PAN Botanical Garden or an authorized employee.

The regulations are effective as of March 1, 2025.
