A unique walk through the collection of medicinal and spice plants was held last Saturday, during which participants learned how to use herbs not only as a tasty addition to dishes, but also as a natural support for certain ailments.
Among other things, we discussed:
- How to prepare a tea to relieve upper respiratory tract infections,
- How to create an aromatic bath from herbs collected on holiday hikes,
- How to strengthen immunity, improve memory and mood - in harmony with nature.
We learned more about such plants as:
- purple coneflower,
- lily of the valley,
- castor bean,
- sand thyme,
...and many more treasures from our collection!
Thank you for the time spent together and welcome to the next Garden Meetings!
