A unique walk through the collection of medicinal and spice plants was held last Saturday, during which participants learned how to use herbs not only as a tasty addition to dishes, but also as a natural support for certain ailments.

Among other things, we discussed:

  • How to prepare a tea to relieve upper respiratory tract infections,
  • How to create an aromatic bath from herbs collected on holiday hikes,
  • How to strengthen immunity, improve memory and mood - in harmony with nature.

We learned more about such plants as:

  • purple coneflower,
  • lily of the valley,
  • castor bean,
  • sand thyme,

...and many more treasures from our collection!

Thank you for the time spent together and welcome to the next Garden Meetings!
