We invite you to cooperate with us in conducting trade and service activities on the grounds of the Botanical Garden of the Polish Academy of Sciences. We invite exhibitors with a catering profile offering the highest quality, natural, organic products, as well as those with an assortment related to nature, ecology, handicrafts and artistic products referring to nature. Other products and services may also be offered with the permission of the Botanical Garden. The Botanical Garden reserves the right to select the offers.

REGULATIONS FOR MAKING THE GARDEN AVAILABLE FOR COMMERCIAL AND SERVICE OUTLETS

§ 1
(1) The operator of the site is the Polish Academy of Sciences Botanical Garden - CZRB in Powsin, 2 Prawdziwka St., 02-973 Warsaw.
(2) On behalf of the Operator, decisions on verification of applications, awarding of the stand and supervision of the period of activity of the submitted stands shall be performed by persons designated by the Director of the Garden.

§ 2
Space made available for commercial and service activities
(1) The operator shall designate the spaces allocated on the premises of the facility for use by the Applicant.
2. the number of trading places is limited.
(3) The stand must not exceed an area of 15 m2.

§ 3
Method and conditions of acceptance of the application
(1) The applicant is required to send a completed application, attached as Appendix No. 1 to the Regulations, no later than 5 days before the planned date of exhibition of the stand. The application can be downloaded at www.ogrodpan.pl.
(2) The possibility of exhibiting a particular stand shall be decided by the Operator, who reserves the right to refuse the application without giving any reason.
(3) Preference will be given to booths related to the theme of the offer with nature, ecology, handicrafts and artistic products referring to vegetation, booths of gastronomic character and other assortment accepted by the Operator.
4. selection is determined by the order of application and the nature of the product range.
(5) The Applicant's participation shall be paid in accordance with the rates specified in the price list (appendix No. 1 to the Regulations), in cash on the day of exhibition of the stand or by bank transfer 3 days before the exhibition of the stand. The invoice will be issued after crediting the properly described payment, i.e. the date and number of stands. In the case of long-term or cyclical rental of the area for the stand, prices can be agreed individually.
(6) The stand for the Applicant shall ultimately be designated by the Operator, providing, as declared in the application, access to an electrical outlet. Additional decorative and display elements must be declared in the application. The Operator reserves the right to verify the aesthetics of the stand and the manner of displaying the offer, in case these violate the quality of the offered Garden tour service.

§ 4
Booth activities
(1) The booth should be prepared outside the opening hours of the Garden to the public.
(2) The applicant shall provide a person in charge of the stand during the hours of its operation in accordance with the opening hours of the Garden to visitors.
(3) The dismantling of the stand and leaving the area is possible not earlier than one hour before the closing of the Garden to visitors.
(4) It is the responsibility of the Applicant to maintain order in and around the stand and to clean up the place after the end of the activity on the day. Failure to fulfill tidiness obligations will result in non-acceptance of the next application.
(5) All issues related to the sale of products, i.e. permits, taxes, concessions, licenses, insurance and others are the responsibility of the Applicant.
(6) The applicant shall be liable for any damage caused by his wrongdoing.

§ 5
The applicant is prohibited from:
1. to carry out activities on the premises of the Garden that violate good morals and dignity.
2. the sale of counterfeit products and products for which the Applicant does not hold a license.
(3) On the territory of the Garden is prohibited the use of open flames, smoking, movement of cars, scooters, bicycles and scooters. It is prohibited to bring chemical substances (fire hazardous).
4. to obstruct access and access to fire-fighting equipment, visitor passages, passageways and emergency exits.

§ 6
The operator is not responsible for:
1 The assortment on display at the booth.
(2) Damage caused to the Applicant's person or property before, after and during the course of operations on the Operator's premises.
(3) For damage caused by theft, fire, water flooding, power interruption or surge, and other fortuitous causes.

§ 7
Stands at special events
(1) During themed events, such as Hanami, Rosalia, family and science picnics, Apple Day, Pumpkin Day, Christmas and spring fairs, among others, the prices for providing the area for retail and service outlets are subject to change.

§ 8
Stands during the Garden of Lights exhibition
(1) During the Garden of Lights exhibition, the fenced area of the Botanical Garden shall not be made available. However, in the area belonging to the Garden along Prawdziwka Street between parking lots A, B, C and the entrance to the Garden, the rates apply in accordance with the price list attached as Appendix No. 1 to the Regulations.

§ 9
The applicant is obliged to comply with the provisions of the Rules and Regulations and the orderly instructions of the operator's staff.
