The project "Bryophytes, lichens and epiphytic fungi occurring on Sorbus torminalis trees in the region of Górażdże", conducted by the Laboratory of Plant Anatomy of the Polish Academy of Sciences Botanical Garden - CZRB in Powsin. In this project, very long cross-sections were made from bores taken from S. torminalis; preparations were obtained using a core-microtome.
