A sensual workshop and walk is behind us!

During Sunday morning we immersed ourselves in the natural world with all our senses - there were eye-soothing colors, flowery scents, wonderful tastes and the velvety touch of plants. All amidst the rustling of trees and other sounds of nature!

In addition, we talked about the effect of colors on emotions. We discovered the healing power of essential oils. We also helped our intuition in selecting plants for our environment.

Finally, we looked into the gardens of Joseph Mehoffer and Claude Monet. Using their example, we learned how to create our own color patterns. But we also learned how insects see the world. And at the end we made fragrant soaps with oils and dried flower petals!

The workshop was held under the watchful eye of Joanna Bernacka from the Dendrological Collections Team and Katarzyna Misiak and Anna Pinkowska from the Education Department. On behalf of the presenters, we would like to thank all participants for their wonderful energy and joint discovery of the plant universe! May the power of nature stay with you for a long time!

P.S. The essential oils were provided by Hebda - thank you!
