"Creating a cinematic reality". is an exhibition that will be available at the Botanical Garden of the Polish Academy of Sciences, in the Fangorovka gallery from October 25 to November 24.
This is another joint project created with ONGGI the Poland-Korea Cultural Association, in addition, the co-organizers are: Korean Culture Center in Warsaw, Korean Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Korean Film Archive.
The exhibition "Creating Film Reality" is linked to the 10th anniversary edition of the Korean Film Festival, which took place in the first days of October this year in Warsaw. The exhibition was specially prepared to use the space of the Janówek villa and based on the technical plans of the building.

The exhibition aims to introduce the role and function of set design in film production by looking at the work of set designers such as RYU Seong-Hie, JO Hwa-Sung, HAN Ah-Rum, who represent Korean film set design today. Learning about the process of designing, producing, composing, all of which come to fruition, giving shape to the interpretation of the script and characters, the concept of scenes, sketches of the mood of the film, visual elements, visitors to the exhibition can see how the film, which begins with the writing on paper, is transformed into a cinematic image. At the same time, each of the works of these Korean screenwriters gives viewers a visual treat, allowing them to experience a different film aesthetic...
