The rose fetival - Rosalia 2025 is behind us!

The Rosalia 2025 Festival was a powerful dose of knowledge, trivia, history and gardening advice for every rose enthusiast! And so - Friday's walk: History in flowers enchanted - historical roses around us was a kind of time machine. We followed in the footsteps of ancient and historical roses, which have inspired, decorated and moved us for centuries - not only as ornamental plants, but also as cultural and literary symbols. We learned about their characteristics, explored what uses they have in gardens and even culinary. We longingly moved with our eyes of imagination to the divine rose garden of Josephine, wife of Bonaparte. There were "ą" and "ę", "ech" and "ah"! Colors, scents and a sentimental note reigned supreme....

In turn, Saturday's "Guided Walk through the Rose Collection" allowed you to lose yourself completely in the royal world of these beautiful flowers! All thanks to experienced horticulturist and caretaker of PAN Garden roses - Kamila Szlazkiewicz. Participants learned about interesting and rare varieties of roses, the differences between growing and breeding them, learned that a rose has thorns, not thorns, and that not every variety stings. There were plenty of anecdotes, botanical and historical trivia, as well as practical advice on rose care. All amidst wonderful colors, scents and "gossip" from the rose universe!

On the other hand, on Sunday the Garden's guests had the opportunity to feel like they were on an all-inclusive bus trip! This is because the Green Express ran around the Garden. And again roses reigned supreme - and the stories associated with them enchanted no less than the fragrances and colors they exude every day!
