  1. How do I make a reservation?

When booking classes, please ask for:

  • Indicate the date of the class with the time
  • Determination of the number of participants / groups
  • Selecting the topic(s) (possibility to modify the topic of the class up to 2 weeks before the start of the class)
  • Email contact at edukacja@pan.pl, so that we can confirm acceptance of your reservation
  1. Where can I find information on available topics?
  • Please visit the tab ACTIVITY TOPICS
  • If in our schedule, you will not find the topic you are interested in, please contact us. We are able to customize the course and topic on offer upon request  
  1. What is the cost of the class for a school group?

The cost of classes is determined depending on the size of the group and the date of the class. The method of calculation is available in the tab ORGANISED GROUPS under PRICE CALCULATION and below:

  • Preschool groups (INVOICE)*.

PLN 500.00 * ... (for a group of up to 20 people) + PLN 25.00 * ... (surcharge for additional participants) + PLN 1.00 * number of group chaperones

  • School and college groups (INVOICE)*.

When?

March, September-October: PLN 540.00 * ... (for a group of up to 20 people) + PLN 27.00 * ... (surcharge for additional participants) + PLN 1.00 * number of group chaperones

April-June: 620.00 PLN * ... (for a group of up to 20 people) + 31.00 PLN * ... (surcharge for additional participants) + 1.00 PLN * number of group caregivers

February-November, July-August: PLN 500.00 * ... (for a group of up to 20 people) + PLN 25.00 * ... (surcharge for additional participants) + PLN 1.00 * number of group chaperones

*In case of failure to provide data necessary for invoicing, the fee for participation in classes, will be calculated according to the fees presented below

  1. How long do our educational classes last?
  • Educational activities for preschool, school and college groups last up to 2 clock hours, including a break for participants.
  1. Are we able to hold classes for several groups at the same time?
  • Of course, we are able to hold classes for up to four groups at a time. 
  1. My class consists of 31 people - do I have to split it into two groups?
  • We try to ensure that the number of participants in one group does not exceed 25 people. With a larger group, the comfort of participants may be lower and access to some sites and plants more difficult. 
  • However, we allow the possibility of holding classes for one large group, but with the care of participants' discipline by group supervisors.
  • Splitting into two groups may be necessary for some topics.
  1. How do we accept payment for classes?
  • You can pay for the class by cash or card just before the class starts at the Garden's cashier's office.
  • We also allow the option of payment by bank transfer - a deferred payment invoice will be prepared after the class and sent back to the e-mail address you have indicated. If you wish to receive an invoice along with the details to which it is to be issued, please notify us when booking the classes.
  1. Do we require a down payment?
  • We do not require prepayment. You can pay for the classes on the spot at the Garden's cashier's office or by bank transfer - after the classes have taken place.
  1. Is there a food outlet on the Garden?
  • The Botanica Café&Bistro is located on the Garden's grounds and offers drinks as well as sweet and salty snacks.
