On the weekend of June 28 and 29, 2025, all lovers of flowers and refined flavors had their "holiday" in the Garden!

Edible flowers - these workshops customarily attract crowds hungry for culinary curiosities. It was no different this time!

In the course of them, we found out that flowers are not just decoration in a vase or on a flower bed - as many of them have enormous culinary value. And you can simply eat them!
We started with a walk through the Garden. There were a lot of interesting facts about the taste qualities of flowers, questions about "gluttonous morsels" and a powerful portion of knowledge from Ewa Napiórkowska - caretaker of the vegetable plant collection. During the walk we checked whether flowers have any taste at all, learned about plant species with edible flowers and how to harvest, dry, store and serve them.

Finally, there was a tasting and a bit of kitchen... magic! In our Orangerie, we activated our sense of taste, and the dishes conjured up were many - pancakes, pickles, jams, lemonades, desserts, condiments, etc. And all of this just from flowers! It turns out that floral flavors not only surprise, but also delight.

See you at the next workshop, which will be announced soon - keep an eye on our website and social media. Below is a photo gallery - or tangible proof that it was great!
